Send GPX file without using Dashboard

I just want to Send a GPX file to the karoo 2 with my iphone and 'ride it' with karoo route app (not with OSMAnd).
Anybody knows where does Karoo store the GPX files so that when I press 'routes' i can see it in the menu?
