Newbie question: why can’t I connect to ridewithgps

Hi, I’m a complete Karoo newbie. I set up my account and successfully linked Trainingpeaks and Komoot. However, connecting my RideWithGPS account fails with the message “ Unable to link, check username/password and try again”

I verified email/password by logging into rwgps from a separate browser window.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be? BTW: I only have the free rwgps account.

It turned out that the hammerhead dashboard does not accept ‘+’ in the ridewithgps password. I can’t say whether any non alphanumeric character poses a problem. In addition, this limitation doesn’t seem to affect the dashboard UI for adding Komoot and Trainingpeaks accounts (I use alphanumeric characters there including ‘+’)

After I changed my RWGPS password to purely alphanumeric, I was able to add RWGPS to my hammerhead account

Unfortunately, Dashboard does not accept ‘+’ characters in the password.
If this is the case, can you please change the password on RidewithGPS platform with only alphanumeric characters and try to link again on the dashboard?
