Is support.hammerhead.io down for anyone else?

Probably related, but also I can't sign in to my Karoo at the moment (tried to sign out and back in again because it wasn't syncing my latest route).

ok this is weird, I can't get to it in Chrome but can get to it via Firefox. But I still can't sign in on my Karoo.

Edit - I can also get to the support site on my mobile. So forget that bit, clearly something odd is going on with Chrome on my PC. But I still can't sign in on my Karoo (it keeps failing now with a message "Error logging in to account. Please try again". This is a different message to the one you get if your password is wrong, and I've double-checked the password anyway. I've raised a support ticket.

Never mind. It signed in ok after a Karoo reboot. But now I'm into the nightmare of downloading offline areas and making routes available offline again.
