Any new ATG updates recently.
I used to visit this forum to see the ATG updates so that I could see where the Karoo is heading, but I have noticed that they have not been posted here over the past few months.
Is Hammerhead still sending out updates at least a week before the general release to the ATG for testing? Have they made members of ATG sign some sort of NDA?

Re: Any new ATG updates recently.
Latest ATG came in on Thursday:
Introductions and Enhancements:
Long-pressing a sensor notification notice in-ride takes you to that sensor’s detail page. For example, a low battery notification for Radar will take you to the Radar sensors detail page
The LAP notification page is now shown for a longer period of time before dismissing
There is now an (X) presented beside the selected route on the ride launcher, making it easier to remove a route from an active ride. Access this by using the top right hardware button to show the menu, then selecting edit ride from the menu
Hours of operation are no longer shown in the Sensors App. Many sensors do not support this information, making this field confusing
Bug Fixes:
The activities and routes shown on Dashboard are now paged, allowing for an unlimited number of items to be shown. Previously the list was limited to 100 items
Improvements have made to the setup and editing of the elevation views, allowing for simple moving between predictive and historic elevation controls.
Fixed infrequent issue where the launcher could crash for some riders.
Fixed issue where some routes could display "Continue Riding" perpetually for certain routes. This issue had been introduced with the map matching feature
Fixed an issue where the Ride App could crash under conditions where a long straight section was included in a route
Resolved an issue where it was possible to view no more than 10 saved account-level POIs on the Dashboard

Re: Any new ATG updates recently.
What's new in release 1.121.779.3
Introductions and Enhancements:
The data field selector/editor on Karoo has been redesigned. A user will see these changes by single tapping on a data field in the Profiles application to edit the field
Improved the route preparation speed for routes generated on Karoo
Navigation now allows for an unmatched route section at the start of a route and will prompt the rider as previously done for unmatched sections during a route
It is now possible to toggle between the full Workout view and the zoomed-in view by tapping on the general area of the Workout view. Previously, it was necessary to pause a workout to see the full view
Bug Fixes:
Fixed a bug where the RADAR could stop reporting cars even while it was still shown as connected in the Sensors application
Dashboard:
The account creation screens have been redesigned

Re: Any new ATG updates recently.
Thanks for the update on this version.
Sounds like a minor upgrade.
I am curious when the stand alone navigation will become available............... and from there new features, like e.g. Surprise-Me-routing and Hill-steepness prodiction even when not using a route.
Regards,
Alexander

Re: Any new ATG updates recently.
I'm not sure "hill steepness" without a route is EVER coming. Does any other device have that? A device would have to have full topographic data for an area to pull that off. That's way more than just X and Y.
Re: Any new ATG updates recently.
Quick response from Karoo questioning about the sensors had me thinking. I disconnected the sensors and the speed and distance are now working. Reconnected radar and heart rate sensor and it continued to register speed and distance. Once you add the cadence sensor, the unit goes into pause mode and you loose speed and distance. Garmin GSC10 sensor. Changed battery in sensor and this did not help.
Since I have multiple bikes, I tried on another bike with same cadence sensor and unit appears to be working fine. Appears even after changing battery in sensor on the first bike, there is something wrong with the sensor and not the Karoo. My apologies to hammerhead.
If others are having this issue, try disconnecting sensors and see if that is your problem.

Re: Any new ATG updates recently.
Hammerhead have been silent for a while, although I saw on DCRainmaker that they are introducing a whole new UI.
How many ATG updates have there been since the last release?
Also, any idea when the next public release will be?
