What is the best links for new user support?

Post by bikebikebike »

I am finding support and Intros/tutorials spread out all over
I am real concrete in my process and need simple unambiguous tutorials and glossary
eg Back vs Previous, and why should
https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/ ... nup-screen
be a thing?

The Karoo has basically very good design, but like a lot of things add complexity and ambiguity with drift into specific features, and things get wobbly.
A sticky of tutorial links and an index would make my use ( and from reading, a lot of others) go much more gracefully.

Of note , eg I cannot log into the Hammerhead support , despite logging into the Dashboard

any pointers I have missed?

when one has to use Google as the manual/FAQ something is missing
I own that some of it is me

From memory it's a different account, just use the same credentials. Lots of companies stupidly do this.

The Dashboard email address and the password, will not work on the Forum or the community page. For that, you have to create an account on the forum page. You can use the same email address and password to create an account, as these are two separate systems and not combined.
The below link will provide you with all the necessary information you need to get started with the Karoo and the Dashboard.

above Link to

will not allow login
giving error : Email address / password combination is incorrect, try again or get a new password.
with all combinations, creating new accounts with differing passwords

Sounds very secure, the best security being something that locks EVERYBODY out, even the user.
