Interesting to see how we apply for a new mount. Surely if as is said. all customers can have the redesign and HH have everyone's mailing address, why not just send them out instead of waiting for applications?

I'll get my son to run some diagnostics while the Karoo is connected to the router. He'll know better than I how to access the information as he's a networking engineer. If anything comes of it, I'll ley you guys know.

Ok, as I've now mentioned on the other forums, I have managed to solve this weird problem. I had to log onto the router and change the 2.4 GHz channel width setting from 20 MHz to 20/40 MHz.
