If the sensor you're trying to add has BT/LE or ANT+, the Karoo should see it? What sensor are we talking about. Has someone at HH told you the sensor in question isn't and won't be supported?

The behavior also seems random. I went out on Tuesday (?) -- what year is it? -- and the white line wasn't there at all. Pretty sure there's nothing stopping you from having two Hammerhead accounts? You'd have to log in/out all the time which may become a pain depending on the sophistication of your passwords.
